Pathetic customer service.

Telkom is one of the most pathetic and unprofessional service providers I have ever come across. I app**** for a cellphone contract upgrade through their online system in March till this moment no one track my order. The management is even worse they don't even have the decency to respond to emails or at least get to the bottom of this. They are quick to take my money every month but pathetic when it comes to customer service.
