Pathetic Customer Service.

I have been trying to cancel my month to month contract with Telkom for the last week and a half. I have been on multiple calls waiting over 30 mins only to be redirected to the billings department and never getting through to the actual cancelation department.

I was told that I can't email a cancelation request and now I have to pay for another month for a service I haven't used since the beginning of September. This is a terrible process with no assistance whats so ever.

To anyone considering using Telkom, don't because you will never get your account closed.
