Pathetic customer service

Very pathetic service at customer level .I called in to get an emails address to send proof of payment.Not was I put on hold without asking but zero empathy as to what I had gone through before and the agent was not listening to my query at all.only interested in telling me her process(which I am fully aware of).I spoke to Stella at 9:15 date 21 December 2024. I know we all have end year fatigue but really I wasn't asking for an extra ordinary request.When the call is reviewed for quality purposes,tell the agent that all it takes is empathy and active listening.this whole complaint could have been avoided by just listening to my request at no point did she do that not thank me for waiting so long
