Pathetic Customer Service
<p>Im so tired of you guys sending me messages stating that youll are working on my issue but nothing is ever done, Telkom has sent out a technician who has verified the signal i am receiving is *******, you guys went on to install an antenna , which did not help the situation in anyway, I was told to Roam on MTN which i did and was receiving a usable signal , but am allowed to roam for 500mb and then i have to switch back to telkom which i cannot use because of poor signal, I am so tired of Telkom, Please guys be very vigilant when signing with this shady characters as i pay almost R600 for services not received, I have contacted the ombudsman whom is currently investigating . </p> <p>Absolutely useless, if you cannot provide the service i would request a contract cancellation with immediate effect </p>
your response is absolutley the same on every post, and you and Telkom will do nothing to resolve the issue, because you guys are too good to take away my hard earned money and provide me with no service, this response is absolutely disgusting and i am almost guaranteed that no one will call me , but will await to see if thins have changed in the last three months
