Pathetic Customer service

<p>Gave this a 5 star rating so all can see that Telekom mobile in Carnival Mall Brakpan has the worst service ever. I walked in with the intention of taking out a new contract however changed my mind as I stood in the shop for like 20mins with only one customer instore. I waited and watched a customer being helped with two consultants hence incompetant. The guy consultant was standing around playing on his phone. Instead of assisting customers walking in. Come on guys pick up your service levels as your customers pay your salaries wake up and smell the coffee because of your lack of service I have taken out a contract with MTN just a few shops away from you. Hope Telkoms head office sees that another sale has been lost to a competitor because of the consultants lack of business ethics. </p>
