pathetic customer service

<p>Signed up for a new contract 3 weeks ago at the Sandton branch. everything was approved within minutes and was told there was no stcok in the colour phone I wanted.</p> <p>Sales person told me they're expecting stok the following week and they would call once it arrives.</p> <p>3 weeks later and no phone call or phone. I had to follow up on the status of my delivery. they did not even have the decency to give feedback as to the issues they're experiencing in regards to their orders.</p> <p> </p> <p>WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!</p>
