Pathetic Customer Service

<p>This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life...</p> <p>All I get is an absolute run-around, because they clearly don't give a damn about their clients.</p> <p>I've been trying to cancel an account for amost an entire year now, and I'm still waiting for these ****bags to do that.</p> <p>I've recieved several phone calls to say that the debit orders are cancelled, and that my money will be refunded... Guess what ??? I'm still waiting a whole damn year later!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now my account is being debited with a different reference number.. Is this how Telkom swindles money out of irate customers?</p> <p> </p> <p>So to the A******S at Telkom, know that this will become a legal matter, because you clearly know nothing about customer service...</p> <p> </p>
