Pathetic customer service

<p>3 weeks ago I wanted to migrate to another deal, the store that I went to did not have stock but assured me several times that I will be able to take the deal now and get stock in the next week when it arrives, yesterday I get an email saying they have the stock but they can't uphold the deal, </p> <p> </p> <p>Do you have **** heads working for yourl? I clearly made certain that if they couldn't hold the deal then il go to another store who has by far never been this retarded. Telkom need to hold their end of the deal because I signed up when the deal was on. Fix this you useless idiots or give others who knows their job to damn work. ****** *********** people. </p>
