Pathetic customer service

I cannot get any assistance regarding my Telkom account. The customer service is absolutely useless. I’ve been told to get in touch with retentions to resolve my issue, however there is no clear or easy way to get in touch with them. Please contact me asap.

My contract was cancelled instead of the device insurance. Now my account is in “collections” with a huge bill of R21k. My number is now prepaid, this needs to be corrected asap. I’ve even been to a store, with no help as the consultant even had to phone the call centre, resulting with no help at all. Spent The entire day on the phone with no help been told to try different options to get a hold of retentions but there mention of that department on the IVR.
