Pathetic customer service

Pathetic service honestly! My partner was hijacked his phone was ****** and yet it takes telkom forever to block a phone.. over 10 days and they still havent helped! How pathetic service honestly... call centre you hold 30 minutes and drop and call again same story! It's really frustrating. Never will deal with telkom again
