Pathetic customer service

I would never recommend taking out a telkom contract. I have been battling with Telkom for over a month. Long story short, my contract was canceled without my consent. When I requested a voice recording or some type of proof of cancelation they could not provide me with anything. I have been requesting a reversal however, they gave me so much false hope. Eventually, Telkom debited the full outstanding balance of the contract without notifying me once again. Only then was I informed that the only way I can re-instatementy contract was if I took out a new contract. It is an absolute disgrace and they do not care about customer satisfaction, everytime I received a case number I would get an sms saying the case has been resolved. Only to find myself constantly calling the customer care services with no help at all. Nothing but false hope as I was told it would be re-instated. To my surprise it was re-instated with a huge debut order!!! No one from Telkom called me to ensure that a proper investigation was done.
