Pathetic customer service!

<p>This is my SECOND complaint lodged on this platform and still, I have yet to receive feedback. No one has called me. I've raises two complaints with the contact centre for the same thing and both of my cases were closed without an explanation. I need someone to call me! This is absolutely appalling service! </p>
