PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

My husband is late 2 years now. I am trying to change the contract to my name. I have submitted all the relevant documents. I have been to verulam store numerous times and have gotten no assistance in this matter. They keep asking for the same documents over ahd over but nothing. They don't even provide feedback until I follow up again. This is very poor customer service.
