Pathetic customer service

I am completely disgusted with the service i have received from telkom. Their call centre is completely inexperienced and they full of lies.

I made an application with telkom for an adsl line in march 2019, Paid in the 700 deposit and, am still awaiting my line to be connected. further to this, i took my time to call them repeatedly and, each time was given a different story from the agents as to why my line is still not installed. i am completely at my wits end and dont know what else to do. Telkom has the absolute worst service in the industry and i would never recommend them to anyone. They had given me a reference : ref is ********** . but when I call the supposed sales team, nothing has been logged, ... pathetic
