Pathetic customer service

what ever happened to telkoms customer service? ,after waiting for half an hour to speak to a consultant i finally get to speak to trudy dube from the contracts department, she has assured me that some one will be in contact me but no one ever came back to me to sort my account out. when requesting to speak to a supervisor i am told that she cannot come to the phone, what kind of customer centric department works when a supervisor or floor manager cannot speak to a client? i have even sent am email to the supervisor with no response. further more they do not debit my account for 3 months, suspend my account and and on the 4th month deduct all of the outstanding amounts on the wrong date. who gave you authorization to debit my account for the end on the month ?because it certainly was not me .completely pathetic customer service.
