Pathetic Customer Service

Firstly I would love to read the Call process for Telkom, can you please send me a copy of your script that Agents are required to follow so I can establish which agents are telling me BS and which are actually following process as they all seem to have different processes which they follow.

Secondly, I think the Call Center in Durban should be shut down. The Managers there are constantly in a meeting and never available and your Agents there are utterly useless and fail to honor customer requests.

Your levels of customer service is absolutely disgraceful & leaves one with a poor taste. Your Agents can literally upset someone with their ignorance and arrogance on what customer service actually means.
