Pathetic customer service

I took a 24 month cellphone contract with in June 2023. My contract ended on the 6th of June 2025. I went into the telkom store to place as cancelation however Instead of being assisted with my cancelation the consultants repeatedly offered me a new contract. When I asked to be assisted with my cancelation they turned me down and told me to contact the customer service line. I advised the consultant that I had a previous contract with telkom and I came into store to cancel which wasn't canceled and I was still being billed for it months after it. She still insisted that I call the customer service. I then tried contacting the number of 081 108 numerous amount of times, which was provided to me by the consultant at the store. My call was never answered once. I sent an email to ***, I got a response with a reference number but up until today I have no feedback. I am highly irate with the service of this provider as this isn't my first experience in the same aspect.
