Pathetic customer service

Telkom service is absolutely pathetic and the time frame in which they take to resolve issues is even worse...i have a pending query since the 6th of july and still havent received a resolution fron them... apart from taking 20 mins when you call in... no1 in their contact centre is helpful...dont ever take out a contract with them their customer service is appauling
