Pathetic Customer Service!!!

Telkom is one of the most aggravating companies when it comes to customer service!!! No matter which part of the day you call, the call centre lines are always busy. Each call lasts about 30minutes and you get no joy from them!!! I was supposed to have been debited for the months of December and January as one conbined amount. However, Telkom debited just the amount for January. I called in to the call centre and the agents have no idea what a bill account number is!!! They eventually ask me to go into ABSA to get it sorted! I am working and the only tine i will have to go into branch is on a weekend and it takes a further 48hours to unlock a suspended line!!!!! I have absolutely had it with Telkoms grotesque customer service!!!!!
