Pathetic Customer Service

I took out a contract with Telkom for 5 gigs of Wifi which I have had for a few months. But from October my billed escalated to around R 2 000 and when I enquired about this I was told that 2 other contacts were taken **********ly under my name. I supp**** them with all the info they needed to investigate the case but to date I am still being billed for the ********** contracts. I have been to their stores more than 10 times, I have called their call centre more than 10 times and still nothing is being done. Every month I get the bill that I am owing money meanwhile I am not getting any data allocated to me. The service I am receiving from Telkom is pathetic and totally unprofessional. I will never ever have any contract with them if this is how they treat their customer.
