Pathetic customer service

I have lodged a request in Sept and been sent from store to store and put to speakto several call centre agents without amaking any progress or resolution. My cell number has suddenly been changed without my consent or knowledge and I’m literally seized and cannot do business at all. I can’t get thru and called six times with same futile result. I wholeheartedly regret moving from Vodacom after 21 yrs with them. Vodacom May be more expensive but worth every extra cent with the superior customer service.
