Pathetic customer service

I have been phoning their customer support number to try and get my fibre fixed. With each phone call I have stayed on the line waiting for 30 minutes until the call is dropped each time. I have still not gotten through to anyone and am sitting with an unresolved wifi problem. This service is pathetic.
