Pathetic customer experience from Charlotte

What a customer experience received from Charlotte based at walk in center in Clearwater mall. She is very rude and does not know what she is doing. She was not willing to assist and did not even ask for my details treated me like am just there for fun after driving all the way there on a Sunday afternoon.. I can't believe I just renewed my contract with a company that works with people like her..
