PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE TELKOM BUSINESS

Pathetic customer service from Telkom Business, its been days of trying to get assisted with a simple task and keep being sent from pillar to post, on top of that Telkom has made the worst decision of only having one Telkom Direct at Mall of Africa which must cater for the whole Gauteng Region, they tell you to call customer care then customer tells you they cannot help you must go all the way to Mall of Africa because the Telkom Express stores can't help either, its pathetic it's like the Telkom employees do not want to work or even know how to do their jobs, that's why there are always customers busy shouting and screaming in their stores because of all this nonsense
