Pathetic Customer Care Line Service

I had a problem where some of my recharge voucher numbers were not visible. logged a call on Wednesday and was advised the issue would be resolved later that day or Thursday morning. Needless to say I have been calling the customer care line everyday and each time I'm advised that the previous consultant failed to tell me the turn around time. Pathetic!!!! Do your consultants attend different training sessions??.....you don't even deserve this one star
