Pathetic custemor service

Hi in feb of this year i cintacted telkom for a line i paid my deposit in 23/2 since then i havent recieved my instalation nor my deposit back or know when my instalation would happen its going on for almost 2 months now and this morning revieved a nother email that i should pay a nother deposit the service is pathetiv to say the least and unprofesional
