Pathetic coverage

<p>I recently ported from one bad network to Helkom mobile. I was promised that if they had poor coverage that it would be possible to roam on another network. This seldom happens and the connection that you get in most areas is terrible. I have logged a call to Helkom for them to address the issue and have heard nothing from them. I am seriously regretting porting to this so called network providor.</p>
