Pathetic competence

This "communications"service has to be the most pathetic sorry excuse for provisions possible. I had a problem with my wi-fi connection...(No internet access) and not only did it take forever for me to get through...but when I eventually did..the consultant practically did nothing to at least attempt to help..and just told me: "wait for a technician..." This company is a sorry excuse for incompetence. You have shamed us into "talking" up your product but not being worthy of it. I regret ever making an investment in this venture.
