Pathetic company with non-existent service! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

<p>My ADSL line has been down since June 16th, it is now July 4th.</p> <p>When will somebody get something done??? I've been calling non-stop and everyday it's the same story.</p> <p>All I hear is excuses about someone working on it or it's a problem in the area. How can it take 3 WEEKS and counting to fix this issue? Nobody from Telkom has taken the time to phone me or visit me at my house to assure me that they're really trying to help me.</p> <p>I advise anyone interested in internet to get fibre instead of an ADSL line with TELKOM.</p> <p>Telkom is not interested in helping its clients and doesn't care whether you use the line for work, they couldn't care less if you're losing income due to their laziness. </p> <p>Up to now I've been very polite and understanding but I've finally become fed-up. </p> <p> </p>
