Pathetic company!!

Terrible service. Trying to cancel this account is a nightmare! The service is pathetic!!!! Every Consultant gives a different story... The nerve to still bill me after cancel my contract. A consultant told me i owe R0, mind you the calls are recorded, I still reconfirmed I owe nothing (twice) the response was yes. Now I'm getting a R1600 bill for a contract with a router that was R140? After I was told I owe nothing because Telkom was messing around with my account! Trying to cancel this contract and be done with this damn ****s for the past 2 months!!!! They debit on the wrong date and then charge R200 on top of my premium for the month ****************!!!!!!!!!
