Pathetic company

Utterly pathetic service. Had a phone upgrade *****ulently done in my name. Tried multiple times to rectify this and all they do is close my case as it opens. Pathetic customer service. Pathetic company. They’ve now suspended my account for a phone I don’t have. Won’t ever do business with them again
