pathetic company

I truly truly regret coming back to Telkom for my internet contract in fact any contract for that matter. I wish I could have nothing to do with them anymore!!.

I am paying large amounts of money for internet that is absolutely slow!. I cant even run my phone and pc at the same time anymore!. Yes I've restarted my router a million times, disconnected it etc etc.

These people just don't care. whether you call or go into a shop nobody cares, they bounce you around and give ******* stories but no solutions!. I've had enough and want nothing to do with them anymore. Unfortunately I'm tired down and have to suffer this ******* for another year!

I specifically asked if this was not going to happen after 12 months into the contract and they promised me it wouldn't. Well chere is me complaining again about this!

Please Telkom get your shiit together for goodness sake it's been 4 days like this for me, when does it end?
