Pathetic company

So after my last review on this company's terrible service, I have still not gotten any response. No one can help me, and its been 11 working days since I spoke to anyone. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY REVIEW THEIR SERVICE. THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL THEM AND NO WAY TO GET ANY SERVICE!! Pathetic!
