Pathetic company

<p>Four times in 5 days. 4 different reference numbers. Each time the exact same fault. Each time the exact same fault is closed after being "repaired" only to recur within a matter of hours. And because the fault was closed, a new one must be opened. According to the call centre, a closed case cannot be re-opened and/or escalated. My most recent reference no is 180CRK290517.</p> <p> </p> <p>*** is going on in this company. Quite clearly the technical service people are either not doing their jobs or they are ***********, or both.</p>
