Pathetic client after service from Telkom TRF (Telkom retirement fund)

I have submitted a death claim with all supporting documents to Telkom TRF (Telkom retirement fund) for my late mother that past on in April 2025, 17 Months later the issue is still not resolved, every week when I speak to the Telkom fund administrator he give me a different excuse why this claim is not concluded yet, either Telkom TRF fund administrators or Momentum are *********** to do there job.
