Pathetic call centre service.

Telkom third part - Vasco Connect Calle some for a cell phone contract 3 weeks ago. There has been no communication regarding my application. Today I called in to ask them to please cancel my application as the service is appalling, the lady responded by saying “she couldn’t care any less” and she cuts the call on me. The call centre at Telkom is pathetic. I called back because I know all calls are recorded and the new lady that I spoke to says the last agent name isn’t on my profile? How convenient????
