PATHETIC CALL CENTRE SERVICE

I tried calling Telkom now for days and I just keep holding on and on and on wasting over 2 hours of my airtime and still nobody answers. Why the hell even bother having a call centre if you can't provide a service and don't even dare using the same excuse "our operators are busy"...you are wasting my time and money and you still want my money, how about I file a STOP order, then you quickly want to get legal actions to get your money. PATHETIC service. I am still waiting on a call back for days.
