Pathetic call centre

I've tried getting through to someone that can help me. I cancelled my mobile contract which was a month to month contract. Telkom cancelled my tablet contract instead. As soon as someone answers they say they cant help me and put the phone down in my ear. Now I will cancel all my contracts with Telkom and move to another provider.
