Pathetic bunch of incompenent people
I cancelled my Telkom account on 2 Jan 2018 but I still get billed. I phone at least twice a week and every time I get told they will escalate. I forward proof of the original cancellation confirmation to themself but still nothing. Useless bunch of people! Can they actually read? They dont deserve to be in business. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Take your business somewhere else but DONT support Telkom.
