Pathetic Billing System and Processes

I am tired of contanstly complaining about your level of service, I had a line rental with WiFi from Telkom, there was an issue on my account and my bill went south I have sent several escalations to you guys with no help!!! Now when trying to get a cellphone contract with you, I cannot!!! Please rectify this immediately!!!
