Pathetic billing system and harassment. Telkom sends links for payments that when you pay they still do not allocate payment to account, cut off lines, do not rectify even when you send statement showing proof of payment, team up with Nudebt to harass you for payment made and upcoming payment not yet due whilst still cutting off your line!! Non existent customer care and problem resolution even to emails.
