After a altercation with the Telkom Store Manager, I contacted the call center to channel a compliant I wanted to lodge against The Bluff Telkom Direct store.<br> <br> After numerous calls I was given incorrect information multiple times then followed by incorrect email addresses, by different call center agents. NO feedback at all as I requested on those lengthy calls was in vain, at the expense of my time and money.<br> <br> A COMPLETE MISLEADING AND MISMANAGMENT OF A CUSTOMER.<br> <br> <br> TELKOM YET AGAIN PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY!!
