Pathetic as an employer very disgraceful

Today i went into Telkom in Adderley street to do a sim swap ,something disturbing cuaght my eyes while I was helped as a customer I saw all staff chairs was removed. To me it seems very unprofessional. I asked one of the African employees why are they standing they told me if they don't make sales as in new contracts they are punished and told it's their punishment if they don't make sales. How unprofessional can an employer be. This directive was issued by their store manager. I am a regional manager for a leading business and this is utterly unacceptable this is a darn crime if not also a human rights issue. Pathetic Telkom I'm disgusted how you treat your staff once again.
