Pathetic and utterly useless service

Absolutely pathetic service. Can't change banking details then over charge me for it. Then when it is changed they debit my account in the middle of the month. I've spent hours on the phone trying to sort this out for the phone to get put down twice in my ear! I cannot believe this company keeps getting clients. Still now I have had NO feedback regarding the countless tickets I have had to open to sort this out.
