Pathetic and Useless Services by Telkom once again

I am a Telkom Mobile Customer based in Mahikeng. I lost my cellphone 2 weeks ago and had to do a sim swop, it is important to note that there is no Telkom Mobile Store in Mahikeng, I called Telkom to enquire on how to go about getting a sim swop done and I was told to go to my nearest Telkom Mobile store to get this done as it could not be done remotely.... I had to Drive all the way to Centurion Mall to get this done which is close to a 400kms drive... The consultant who assisted me telephonically was rude and did not seem to know what she was doing... I must say apart from good data and voice packages Telkom has to be the most useless service provider I have ever had to deal with and this goes for both business and home services... I would like to know why Telkom offers us Services in Mahikeng but we have to drive 400kms for us to get support?
