Pathetic and ********* service

Absolutely shocking and ********* service. My device has been broken for more than 14 months and every attempt to have this replaced has been unsuccessful. Telkom continues to deduct my premium even though i do not have the required service level 1. Attended at a number of different branches and called the call centre a number of times to order a new phone and was given a total run around for more than 4-6 months on the pathetic excuse that they were out of stock. 2. Eventually I decided to cancel the service, at which stage I was promised a replacement. My phone is totally unusable since October and every time I call, I am either told that the phone was ordered or is on its way to me. Four months later and still nothing. 3. Telkom has made the cancellation process so onerous to continue to siphon money out of unsuspecting customers. i demand a refund and an immediate cancellation of this pathetic service Account ********** 79
