Pathetic and shocking service from Telkom for a query logged on the 1st September already!

<p>We logged a query on the 1st September already:</p> <p> </p> <p>Fault 560CWK010916. We continuously followed-up and on Saturday, 3rd September I spoke to a Potego Mampa who said once a query is logged, it will take 72 hours before it gets resolved from the time it was logged. I insisted on wanting to speak to the manager which I was then put on hold and told no management is available and was requested to leave my contact number and management would call back in 30 minutes later, needless to say no one called or followed-up which is to be expected from Telkom's reputation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then called today again, again insisted to speak to a manager and told no management is available but would call me back. No surprise, no call received and shockingly told the technician was called by the agent and we 9th on the list and he does not know when he will get to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a business line and our internet line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your company has absolutely no value for customers or attending to queries as well as your management.</p> <p> </p> <p>We want this resolved ASAP before C.O.B today or I will take this even further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also ensure we are credited for the time period we had no use of our lines!</p>
