Pathetic and rude service

Good day

Received terrible service from Telkom mobile. They refuse to stop debiting my account and refuse to refund my money.

I called on numerous occupations to get help or to speak to a Manager. Sabelo Ndlovo said that there's no Managers on the floor and dropped the call.

I have been trying to get this sorted out since December 2021 to date no one can help me. I went to the branch and was told that I need to call the call center.

Is there someone out there that can help me.
