Pathetic and Ridiculous Service.

On the 1st of May 2019 i visited Telkom store in Green Stone only to find VERY LAZY AND ARROGANT agents, so i went to check if i qualify for a contract to be Specific ( i wanted an A70 Samsung on Free Me 1 GB) only for the lady to tell me that it will take approximately 30 minutes for Trans union to give me the resulted of which i did not mind to wait at all as i needed the phone immediately should i qualify, hence i did not apply online.

After seeing that am willing to wait then the other lady said "anyway the shop will be closing soon" with attitude, it was around about half past 3H00 to 4H00 by the time and before going to the shop i double checked the closing time for that day as it was a holiday of which was 6H00.

They then told me to leave my Documents(Copy of ID and Proof of Residence) with them, just imagine with all the ********** accounts that are being opened on people's profiles without their approvals and told me they will give me a call a day after.

To me it was clear that they were not willing at all to help me with what i wanted.

Make sure that you hire people that needs jobs than to hire people that will come to work and think of going home.
