Pathetic service from Telkom Trade route mall from the onset we had revolting service from Telkom Trade route Mall we were given a package without doing a needs analysis. When we requested a increase they still didn't give us the data we asked for. And top of that they debited my account with thousands of Rands without my permission. We have been in and out at the mall and not even the team leader Vali assists or respond to clients query. Our needs is being falling on deaf ears but monthly we been debited.
